Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of KoliJobs. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
In short
- KoliJobs is an information service, not an employer, recruiter or immigration adviser.
- Listings come from public sources and can be wrong. Always check the original ad and confirm with the employer.
- You are responsible for your own decisions, applications and immigration matters.
- Employers are responsible for the content and accuracy of their job ads.
1. About the service
KoliJobs is a website that collects and displays tech job listings in Europe whose public job ads mention visa sponsorship or relocation help. KoliJobs is not an employer, recruitment or employment agency, immigration adviser or law firm, and does not take part in any hiring decision.
2. Operator
KoliJobs is operated by its founder as a project based in Tartu, Estonia. Company details (name and registry code) will be published here once the company is registered. Contact: visapath@zohomail.eu.
3. No affiliation
KoliJobs is independent. Company names shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the employer of a listing. Showing a company does not mean that the company endorses, sponsors or works with KoliJobs.
4. Listings are information only
- Listings are collected automatically from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. The original job ad on the employer’s website is always the authoritative source.
- A listing is not an offer of employment and not a promise that the employer will sponsor a visa, hire you or pay for relocation.
- Visa guides on the site are general information, not legal advice. Immigration rules change; check official government sources or a qualified immigration adviser.
- We do not verify employers and are not responsible for the conduct of employers or third parties.
5. Your responsibility
You use KoliJobs at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for:
- checking every job, employer and visa condition before applying, moving or making any financial or legal commitment;
- the information you send to employers and any agreements you make with them;
- complying with immigration, employment and tax laws that apply to you.
6. Stay safe from scams
Genuine employers never ask you to pay for a job offer, an interview or visa sponsorship. Never send money, bank details or passport copies before you have a written offer from a verified employer, and report suspicious listings to us.
7. Employers and listings
- Employers that submit, claim or pay to promote a listing are solely responsible for its content, accuracy and lawfulness, including any statement about visa sponsorship or relocation, and for complying with employment, anti-discrimination and immigration laws.
- We may edit, refuse or remove any listing at any time, for example after a report or a request from the company.
- Paid listings are governed by these Terms and the offer shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, unless the law requires otherwise.
8. Rules for job listings
Employers must not publish listings that:
- discriminate by nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, sex, disability or similar grounds, except where the law requires it (for example right-to-work rules);
- promise visa sponsorship or relocation that the employer does not actually offer;
- charge candidates any fee for applying, interviews, training or visas;
- ask for payment, bank details or identity documents before a written offer;
- are misleading, illegal, or advertise pyramid, adult or gambling-promotion work.
We may remove such listings at any time without a refund.
9. Paid listings, payments and refunds
- Prices are shown in euros. VAT is added where it applies.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
- A paid listing runs for the period shown at purchase. Invoices are sent by email.
- Full refund if your listing is not published within 3 business days through our fault, or if you cancel before it is published. After publication fees are not refunded unless the law requires it. Listings removed for breaking the rules are not refunded.
10. Accounts
- Give a valid email address and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time on the Profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use KoliJobs content for commercial purposes without our written permission (employers may use the services they paid for);
- copy or scrape KoliJobs content automatically or use it to build a competing service;
- try to break, overload or bypass the security of the site;
- send spam, false reports or unlawful, offensive or misleading content;
- impersonate others or use the site for fraud.
12. Intellectual property and removal requests
The KoliJobs name, design, texts and code belong to the operator. Job ads, company names and trademarks belong to their owners; we show only short quotes to verify visa or relocation support and always link to the original.
If you believe content on KoliJobs infringes your rights or is incorrect, contact us at visapath@zohomail.eu or through the contact form on this site. We will review the request and remove or correct the content promptly when justified.
13. Where the data comes from
Listings are collected from companies’ public career pages through public job-board APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters) and the Arbeitnow job board API (arbeitnow.com). Every listing links to the original ad. We store only the title, company, location, date, link and a short quote that proves visa or relocation support.
14. Third-party websites
KoliJobs links to employer websites and other services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Applying for a job happens on the employer’s site and under the employer’s terms.
15. Availability
We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any listing will remain available, and we may change or discontinue any part of the service.
16. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoliJobs and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income or opportunities, travel, relocation or visa costs, or for decisions you make based on information on the site.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
17. Indemnity
If you break these Terms or the law when using KoliJobs (for example by posting a misleading listing or misusing content), you agree to compensate the operator for resulting claims, losses and reasonable costs, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For important changes we will notify registered users by email. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
19. Transfer of the service
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a company we set up to run KoliJobs or to a successor that continues the service. We will tell registered users about such a transfer.
20. Other provisions
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about using KoliJobs.
21. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of mandatory laws and the right to go to court in your country of residence.
Before going to court, please contact us at visapath@zohomail.eu or through the contact form on this site — most questions can be solved quickly. EU consumers may also use the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
